


Program Objetive
This program provides instruction in the the application of permanent makeup.
Theory classes and hands-on practical applications provide students with the knowledge and practical experience to start a cereer in today’s beauty industry as Professional Permanent Cosmetic Technicians.



Program Description
The Permanent Makeup program teaches cosmetic permanent makeup history, safety, color theory, application, client consultation, and business marketing. Students are taught to use cosmetic permanent makeup equipment as well as hand (non-powered) instruments. Graduates of the program have learned to perform basic eyebrows, and lip procedures, with safety and quality first and foremost. This is a hands-on program that opens doors for graduates as Professional Permanent Cosmetic Technicians. Students of this program are required to obtain a tattoo artist permit from the Florida Department of Health prior to practicing on humans.
CREDENTIAL AWARDED
Upon successful completion of the program students receive a diploma.
DURATION
The program has a duration of 60 hours. Students complete the program in 2 weeks.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR A FLORIDA SKIN CARE SPECILIST LICENSE
A Florida Tattooing Artist License is required to perform permanent makeup services. Students of this program are
required to obtain a tattoo artist permit from the Florida Department of Health prior to practicing on humans.
Applicants that have been found guilty of a felony may not be eligible to receive the corresponding license. We

DISCLAIMER
A Florida Department of Health approved course on blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases is required
to be completed before students can obtain their tattoo license in the state of Florida, per Section 381.00775, F.S.,
and Rule 64E-28.003(1)(b), F.A.C.

Supplementary and other training programs
To train the student in the strategic implantation of pigment along the eyelid line to create visual definition and the effect of eyelash density.
To develop technical judgment for color selection, interpretation, and correction in micropigmentation procedures.
To train the student in uniform pigment implantation techniques for creating harmonious, natural, and personalized results on the lips.
This program provides instruction Upon completion of the program, graduates will qual- ify for employment as health care support workers.
To develop students' proficiency in eyebrow mapping, shaping, and micropigmentation, utilizing advanced techniques customized for various skin types and aesthetic goals.
